i have a call forward i want to activate or deactivate from extern , is it possible ?
i really appreciate your help in this subject

***This shouldn't be allowed on any system due to the possibility of Toll Fraud***
In my opinion anyway.

Siemens/Unify - Hipath 3000, Openscape Office and Openscape Business.

it is working in a lot of pbx like panasonic

Oh I don't doubt that its working, I just think people should be careful with a feature like this.

Siemens/Unify - Hipath 3000, Openscape Office and Openscape Business.

I would like to know which Panasonic system allows this ?

DISA

Siemens/Unify - Hipath 3000, Openscape Office and Openscape Business.

DISA - Direct Inward Subscriber Access is not a Panasonic System but rather a Feature of many telephone systems.
Siemens/Unify/AtoS systems of course also can do DISA - a small setup would use Xpressions voicemail or similar to acheive such a thing but larger sites would have a dedicated server for same.

Extract:
DISA: Direct Inward System Access

DISA is a relatively new feature of Business Telephone Systems (PBX systems)

You must have heard many a times when you call a Business or an oraganisation, an automated message asking you to dial a digit to access a particular person &/or a department,

Press 1 for Sales department, press 2 for customer service, press 3 for support, or else wait for your call to be attended by the next available operator.

This is it - this feature in the PBX System is called DISA

Most of the digital & VoIP PBX Systems have built-in DISA.

A few analog PBX Systems & the earlier generation systems need an optional Card to go DISA.

Usually DISA also works as a TEL/FAX Autoswitch, to automatically distinguish the Fax or Phone call & send the incoming call to the desired extension. The fax is received automatically silently or maybe with a couple of ring tones in the fax machine (configurable).

I would describe that more as an Auto Attendant/IVR. You can only do what the configuration of the answering partner allows you to do, whatever options have been programmed. DISA provides a function where you are treated pretty much as an internal extension. 4K does it by connecting analogue trunk to analog subscriber. When you called the analogue trunk, it was answered and dial tone returned from the SLMA port. From there you could dial any acceptable digits into the SLMA, feature codes, dial out etc. Configuration of the SLMA port would have to be extremely tight from a security perspective.

I understand that , thanks alot but how caN I ACTIVATE IT BECAUSE I HAVE NO disa CAN YOU PLEASE HELP WITH MORE INFORMATION
AGAIN THANKS A LOT

the problem is i dont get a normal line i am connected throu a normal call so i cant use the codes to do that like *123 or so

sbcsu - Yes I know what DISA is, just saying that's the way I would do it but I wouldn't do it. Too much of a security risk.

Siemens/Unify - Hipath 3000, Openscape Office and Openscape Business.

Yes, we all know it's a security risk but the Original Poster is asking (many times) :)

yes i want to know thanks alot . but anybody have more information ?
i can do it easly from intern but extern not . what is the condition of the line which i need to apply the codes . analog telefon is not possible audix is not possible
call forward to the code directly is not possible . i just made it with panasonic when i called a virtual number but by unifi i dont know if something like this exists .
