Call Forward...only works sometimes

MICS with XC software and PRI on fractional T1. IT support forwards their extensions to their blackberry's but not all calls will be forwarded and they are finding messages in their voice mail boxes when returning the office. Of course every time I check it everything works every time. Any ideas?

Maybe the extensions get 2 simultaneous calls and there are not enough voice paths. Try adding more intercom buttons for the extensions having trouble.
