CALL FORWARD ON KX_NS700 delay

Hi ,
my costumer has a KX-NS700 with auto-attendant and some voicemail. All works perfectly but only one thing dont work properly.The call formaward to the voicemail for each user. Each has a timer of 15 seconds on their extesnion but the call dont go to the voicemail after 15 sec but after 30 sec. I search everywhere and i dont fing where is this timer. someone has a idea where is the timer a can change to obtain 15 seconds of delay to the voicemail.

So they may be using intercept destination instead of CFWD its under the ext settings. need to look at that is set for also under CFWD is it set for CFWD ON????

Then also need to verify Intercept Timer and see what that is set for as well.
