Call Forward not Working 2

Hi Everyone !!

Thanks all in advance !!!

I came across not a very big issue I suppose but I need your help on it as I am new to Avaya.

I have a phone which needs to be forwarded to an external number every time someone call on that number.

The phone has all the required CLS if I am not mistaken and CFW is also set on the phone, still rather than forwarding to the external number it is going to the voicemail.

The extension on KEY 03 needs to be forwarded to the external number on KEY 19.

I see a lot of xxxx in fields that need identified. Is there some reason you cant post the actual print out of the phone? Are you using the forward button to forward externally? Why LHK 5 and all those other DN's on the phone? I think your Hunting is screwing you up but without actual numbers in the print out I cant be sure. Why have that number on key 3 of that phone? Why not build a phantom or ACD?

Key 03 is the main number of the phone and any call on Key 03 should forward directly to Key 19 Number 964725xxxxx.

forwarding a phone will always forward key 0. key 3 will only forward, if it is the only appearance of that number. i see that it is not the MARP, so there has to be another appearance somewhere. you need to forward the phone that has dn 4347 on key 0. or remove all other appearances of 4347.

Those are 2 completely different print outs, the dn's aren't even the same. MARP needs to be set on key 3 and also keep in mind hunt and forward are 2 different things. Why is the LHK set to 5?
