Call forward no answer

I have a phone that is not forwarding the call to voice mail when no one answers. Can some tell me how to add this and callfoward busy?

FDN-VM DN

Post the TNB for us to look at.

if it's a digital:
Add the voicemail dn to FND prompt and FNA to class of service.

IF it's an analog:
add the voicemail dn to FTR FDN and FNA to class of service.

Remember - Hunt is a "Busy" solution & FDN is for an "unanswered" solution.
