Call forward no answer to call pilot

Hi,

I am having problem in CFNA to call pilot. I have 3902 sets and i2002 sets. I also have callpilot. My users wanted to have call waiting on 3902 / i2002 phones. I created Cwait for them. I also have DID number for all the extension.

When the user is busy, when someone call him he gets the call waiting indication. If he doesn't pick up it is not going to callpilot.

Othercase when the user pickup the second call also by putting the first call on Hold, When he gets the third call it is ringing some where, but not known.... It doesn't go to his mailbox.

Please help me in configuring.....
 
add hta and fna to cls setting
also fdn xxxx(call pilot #)
also hunt xxxx(call pilot #)
This will make it go to voicemail on no answer and busy
 
I did as adviced.

Since i want to use call waiting, i added htd. Still the second call if we doesn't pick it is not going to call pilot. please advice
 
since u r using htd, what is the cls setting for forward on busy and no answer.
It shd be FBA and FNA.

Is the call pilot mailbox created for the user?
Dial the call pilot number manually from the phoen to check if u r able to access that.

You must have CWA (call waiting allowed) and SWA (internal call waiting allowed) in CLS on the set for both ext and int valls to follow fdn path
