I would like to ask for help in solving the problem of redirection through the IPO 9.1 Server Edition PBX (as a transit PBX).

Calling person (calling from outside) -----> SIP Trunk1 ---> IPO 9.1 SE ----->SIP Trunk2 ----> IVR in other PBX

An SIP trunk approaches IPO, which is scheduled to a hunt group with twenty users. Each of 20 users in the hunt group has a redirection set to an external (same for all) number through another SIP trunk. The functionality is implemented using the following tab process: "Mobility" -> Mobile Twinning -> Twinned Mobile Number.

The functionality works without any complaints, but only for the first four calls coming to the hunt group – these are correctly redirected to the external number to other PBX. The fifth and subsequent calls fall into the hunt group, but they are not redirected to an external number. The calling person has ringing tone. Only when one of the four channels that the outgoing call via the second SIP trunk is released, such a call is directed to the other PBX.

I do not know why the limit to 4 simultaneous redirections appeared - whether it is a system or license limit or some configuration error. Both SIPs have enough free channels and licenses to handle them.

Please let us know any advice and suggestions.

It sounds like it uses all licenses or there are no channels left on the SIP URI.

Hard to tell without a trace, but there is no limit of how many users can have twinned calls at the same time.
