call forward from system

Hi it is BCM 400. Customer wants to be able to forward any extension to another destination (extension or Mobile no) from the management terminal (EM). Is it possible, can somebody guide?

You need to:
-Allow Redirect under Set programming
-Build a Route & Dest Code

At the set do:
Feature 4 Y XXX-XXX-XXXX
Y = Dest Code
X = phone number

i was referring to element manager. Can we forward any user extension directly from element manager?? not form the TEL Set.

Element Manager is for admins use only, not users.
But yes you can.

Good, can you please mention the steps to forward any extension from Element Manager. Actually the administrator wants that facility.

Telephony/Sets/CallForward/enter phone number

You can read the manuals too, they are on the BCM itself.
