Call forward from Cell Phone

When users call forward there cell phone to the office phone, after 4 rings Call Pilot picks up however Call Pilot looks for the Cell Phone number and not the Office phone number...why does Call Pilot not go to the Voice Mail Box of the office phone?? Is there a check box or something I'm missing in Call Pilot admin??
 
Try changing the class of service to SFA (Second Level forwarding) or add the cell number in the mailbox DN.
 
Thanks...However the SFA feature is enabled and the cell number is in the DN's 'Extension DN 2' but Callpilot still looks for the cell number which of course it doesn't find.

Can you do a .TRAC in LD 80 to see what digits are passing on the office set?
 
In CallPilot Manager go to Location > Messaging > Dialing Information

Make sure Capture External CLID with Unknown Format is checked and set to Local.
