call forward from 61c

Hi , I have a number terminating on my PRI into my 61C
555 0004 and I want to call forward it to an external number 405 4083.
I use to do this through creating an ACDN and NCFW but it wont let me creat an acdn for 0004 I guess because of the leading zeros?
0004 does terminate on an auto attendant currently, not sure if that matters but I just want the call to be redirected to my external 405 4083 number.

It just goes through some menu options but I dont even care about that. I just want to forward it right from the switch to the external number without the AA.

how many numbers are your station numbers? is this number on a station now? did, atdn? look at the idc if it;s a did, unless your scr keys are 0004 which would be a 1st..

Thank you Ace, I meant know disrespect.
I have a DID 431 0004 which pulses 7003 and there is an ACDN for 7003 which NCFW to 7000 which is where the auto attendant resides. I did not set this up just trying to figure it out.
I try to change the ACDN NCFW to 94054083 which is my DID i want the phone system to now terminate on but it seems to try and use the same trunk or channel that it came in on.

when you are trying to add this as an acdn does it give you an error code?
What is it?

When you say pulses 7003, I am assuming that you are using an idc table to change the digits you are receiving from the co to 7003.
Is the 4054083 an external number or does it terminate to the same switch?

Is this what the phone company is sending to you? (DID 431 0004 which pulses 7003)
