I thought I remembered how to do this, and I've tried 24-09 9+ and also to a virtual fwd all and rna with 24-02 timer set to 1 sec. Just rings and doesn't forward, and eventually goes to voice mail

Verify MB 20-11-12 is allowed. In MB 24-09, set items 02/03/04/05 to the outside number and lead with a trunk access code, usually 9.

Thanks, I wondered about 24-09 for the remaining fields 3,4,&5. I'll try it. Shouldn't need to use a virtual, then?

Call forwarding can be done for an extension, or a virtual extension.

I have everything set correctly from what I can see, remotely downloading and uploading partial and complete data. Still doesn't forward. Trying to get the owner to re-boot.

Re-boot did nothing. Set all 4 ringing phones to call forward all to 9+ outside number. Doesn't work.

When I call in to the auto attendantand dial 101 it does forward.

Ok, when I isolated the ringing to just 1 extension, the main number forwards.

Thanks for the help!

So you were trying to call forward a ring group through extensions? That will never work as you have found out. What you should do is create mobile extensions and try adding those.

No, I was trying to forward a phone with C.O 1 ringing on it.
