call forward external problems

last week a programmed a ring group for the attendant and an assistant beside her, (ring group 001) that works fine but since then they have problems call forwarding their calls to another center after hours...they do *70 then the external nummber release button then night ....

Need more info, what's the problem with forwarding. Is it an auto or manual service mode and what's it's purpose?

is it a medical clinic that forwards all its calls after 5pm to another clinic before i came a put in the ring group all worked fine !!! but now it takes then 10 or 20 tries before the call forwarding works
 
Are you saying they're using Telco Forwarding? If so it's being forwarded from the CO, and your ring is just informational. There should be no opportunity for the MICS to effect the call.

What were you hoping to accomplish with the Ring Group?

Ring Groups are used to take calls that ring at a specific place normally, ring at another place when the Ringing Service is active.
