PRI DID call

Phone call forwarded to external number ends up at the console. If you dial the 4 digit ext internal it goes without issue.

Is there a way to stop the caller ID coming in from going back out?

The call is coming in but will not go out because it is carrying the calling party's Calling line ID .

If I send the call back out the coppers it works fine.

Thanks

It's only dialtone!!!

I doubt the incoming CLID has anything to do with it. The fact that the call ends up at the console because of an intercept.
First thing I would look at is in RDR of the CDB...under OPT...is it CFO (forwarding based on the originating party class of service) or CFF (forwarding party class of service). If it is CFO, look at TGAR and NCOS of the trunk routes. (or change it to CFF and test to see if that is the problem). If it already CFF, then you need to look is CFTA yes or no. If it is yes, try forwarding to the trunk access code instead of BARS/NARS access code...See if that works (it will give a 2nd dial tone, but is good for testing). There are other things to look at, but this shouild give you a starting point

After-thought: Are you sending the call out on SIP trunling ? Then the CLID is a factor, that is causing headaches.

Hi CaseFile

No SIP
CFF is set ( I did try CFO )
CFTA is yes ( I tried no )

NCOS and TGAR are good ( It's the same on the copper trunk route)
I tried most things in the RDR_Data, looked in NET_Data

TRMB on the route is Yes

if I send it to the ACOD it just drops.
I tried building an ACD - NCFW to outside ,also tried a phatom 500 DCFW to outside
not sure what else to try

It's only dialtone!!!

The call is coming in on a PRI...are you trying to send it out on another T1? If so, are you trying to forward a VOD to a 3VCE, or something like that ? Easiest check is LD 60...STAT. That will show you what the DSEL is on each trunk. I know that VOD and 3VCE won't forward to each other.

No same T1.. I think thats the issue. Maybe the carrier is rejecting it?

It's only dialtone!!!

You might check in LD 15 under NET_DATA to see if TRNX is set to NO. If it is set to No change it to yes and test.

You should also check in the RDB...
That both NEDC and FEDC are set to ETH.
If they aren't and you change them, you need to disable and reenable the trunks.
