Call Forward External 500 set

How do I do this? I have a health clinic that need to call forward their fax to a 3rd party for medical record keeping. I have call forward external enabled on the set. The only command I've found to do this is #1 & all I get is a fast busy. I call forward external from my digital & VoIP set w/o issue.

Please look into below queries and help on this

Query 1 -
SYSTEM WE have - Nortel CS1K (CS1000)
I have 10 extensions (1150 and 1140 Phones), when making outgoing calls , I want one unique number should display at Customer end.
For example, I have extensions 2417 , 2424 etc. When I am calling from 2417 , customers getting number 2200-2417 (Pilot no. +Extension). I want to configure when I make any outgoing call from any extension , one number (2200-1514) should display.
Please advise how can I achieve this.

How to enable all call forward from 1140 & 1150 phones to internal or external number
 
Don't see how a TSP (BRI) CLID entry will help 1140/50 sets, you must know something I don't!!!
