Call Forward Busy

I have an issue with my voicemail/forwarding. When I am on the phone and someone tries to call me, it forwards them to the voicemail system on the phone system.
I would think it would just forward them to my Blackberry just like if I don’t answer.

What am I missing here?

Print out your set TN and post

The FDN should be set to your BB, as well as the EFD
The EHT and HUNT should be set to VM

Out your EHT and change your HUNT to the BB.

EHT is Hunt for external calls (requires CLS CFTA I believe)

You do not need EHT for this to work! Both enternal and external will HUNT to BB

In other words, set CLS CFTD and that eliminates the problem.
