Call forward always to external cell

I have a user who wants to turn on call forward always to cell phone from time to time when leaving property.

Other than going through the super key and setting the call forward condition there (to speed dial), is there a way to simplify the process with say, a programmable key?

I recall someone saying you could program a key to do this but I can't seem to figure it out.

COS and COR for trunks and phone are set and we are only expecting this to work when receiving direct calls from another internal extension.

System is a Mitel MCD 3300 Controller version 6.0 SP1 and phone type is a Mitel 5320.

Once a destination is set once, you can have a Call Forward Always key to toggle it on/off

kwbMitel- So if I understand this right, I set up the external call forward from the phone once. turn it off, then add a call forward always key that I can press and select a past destination from ?

Not quite

Not " select a past destination"

It simply re-activates the most recent setting.

If the phone has ever been programmed to forward then the key will work. It doesn't matter if the forward is currently active or not.

I normally use the FAC for Call Forward Always.
Program it as a key if you like. I then use the FAC to deactivate as well.

That's just my preference, I'd rather dial numbers or press buttons than navigate menus.

Thank you for the input fellas! Much appreciated...and for anyone else out there looking for the answer to my question:

How I ended up accomplishing the task:

-COS / COR Check
-Created speed dial to external cell phone number
-Created Call forwarding Profile, in the MCD
-From the phone I activated the said Profile

THEN

I added a call forward always key, which turns on the last call forwarding always destination, or turns it off.
