Call forward all

I have a IP office 9.0 with voice mail pro. I have a button programmed to call forward hunt group (hunt group out of service) and another button for forwarding to an extension or AA. The problem is the call forward all button button is setting itself automatically. I haven't been onsite yet to investigate but was looking for ideas on what might be creating this issue. Thanks.
 
What you're doing can probably be streamlined too, give us the bigger picture of what your trying to achieve :)

 
I have one extension in a hunt group (reception) when she steps away or out of office she sets hunt group out of service and presses call forward button to enter an extension to forward to cover calls. Or at night she sets hunt group out of service and forwards it to short code for night AA. Here lately it is automatically turning on. Having sent any config files lately.
