Trying to call forward (internal or external) an analog phone and doing *4 to activate the call forward feature. Right after hitting "4" I'm getting a fast busy. Set's CLS has CFXA and feature has CFW 12. Can someone please tell me what else needs to be changed to allow call forwarding all calls on an anlog set. This should be easy, but for some reason, not today! LOL

Well, FTTU didn't do it. As for setting the NCOS to 7, NCOS' are not all set to universal numbers. Our Local, LD and international dialing has FRL set to 5 (NCOS 5=FRL 5, while NCOS 7=FRL 0), changing NCOS to 7 would not work. I am familiar with BARS. Additionally I am only trying to call forward internally. This has to be something simple! Thanks anyway Gibblett.

Meant to say, at this point I'm only trying to call forward all calls internally and cannot.

Call forward activation code is typically #1 on the CS1000/M1.
Have you tried that?

StanleySteamer, that was it except ours is *1. I read in an online user guide for Analog Telephones that the activation code was *4. Now that I looked at the document again, it was for sets with a link or flash button. Thank you very much for your help

#1 is for analog, and you cannot turn that feature off. You can add new flexible codes for Call Forward - but #1 will always work

Thanks GHTROUT, however #1 does not work on our switch. I don't know what's different but only *1 works to call forward analog phones. Weird huh?

Are you able to print your LD57 FFC table?

Yes, printed the FFC in 57 and it clearly indicates all of the feature codes with * in front of the code. Thank you! I didn't think to look here. This actually answers the question to any other features being access here.

As it's an analogue phone, I'm guessing that the phone and port supports tone dialling and isn't set to pulse or dip?. If it was pulse, then * and # won't work!.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
