We recently installed an IP partner system in a small business that has a receptionist. Customer would like receptionist to answer most of the calls if possible. Ext 10 (receptionist) is set up for immediate ring two other users are set up for delayed ring. When ext 10 is on a call it will beep once to let receptionist know there is another call coming in. Is there a way to have more beeps intstalled on for the next incoming call, or is there a way to change the number of rings that occur in the delayed ring. I believe now it rings 5 times before the next two extensions ring. Thanks

Line delay ringing for buttons are hard coded for time in a normal Partner system. 15 seconds delay before ring is unchangeable.

The amount of beeps presented as an alert tone is also set and unchangeable.

Now here is where I say: as far as I know.
