Hi All,

I have an issue in the call flow I am created in voice mail pro.

When I make an incoming call, the language option menu works, the option in the languages also works, but when I reach the Menu "BOTICA Menu'' I hear press 1 to hear the different option in the menu ''BOTICA OPTION menu'', but if I choose 1, 2,3,4, nothing happens.
I created the groups with the extensions in them for each locations called, Noord, Playa, Santa Cruz, San Nicolaas, but it is not working.

I tried using time out and Test Condition between the Menus ''Botica menu'and ''BOTICA Option menu'', but there is no reaction and the phones do ring when I dial the group number.

What should I add here to make it work?

I don't understand the Botica menu.

Why not skip the botica memu and route to Botica option at once?

Now you have to enter 1-2 or 1-2 etc in order to reach anyone.

The reason I added ''Botica menu'' option 1, is because if the caller doesn't enter any extension after 4 seconds, they will hear the following message

press 1 for list of pharmacies --> which has the ''Botica Option menu'' for the location of the pharmacies
press 2 for Buurtzorg
press 3 for Whole sale
press 4 for Accounting
Press 0 for operator

Option 5 will be removed

I did the change as you requested and it works, looks like the ''Botica menu'' was causing the issue
