Hi All,

I am making a call flow with multiple language options in VM pro.
It is not live yet.

There are 4 languages.
When you choose a language, you will hear if you know the parties extension please dial it now.
Option 2 and 3 are for departments
Option 4 is to repeat the menu.

Since there is no option 1 in the language, because all the extensions start with 1, can I use a timeout in the menu and use transfers 1$KEY as shown in the attachment?

Also how can I make the call go to the operator if the caller chooses to wait for the call to transfer automatically?

Thank you in advance

For God's sake man, make your voicemail call flow lines not overlap, and make it obvious what connects to what!!!!

With that out of the way, make 5 modules.

Send calls to the module called "Select Language". Present the caller with the 4 languages, and option 1 through 4 goes to modules called "Language " 1 through 4. Timeout sends the caller to the Operator. Since your extension numbers start with 1 (but you didn't state how many digits, so assume 4 digit extension numbers), 1 goes to another menu, no prompt, 2 second timeout, and Touch Tones for 3 digits. If the caller just presses 1, after 2 seconds the call goes to Language 1, but if they continue dialing digits for an extension number, collect 3 and send the call to 1 plus those 3 digits

When the call gets to the selected language, timeout sends the call to the operator, 2 and 3 send to departments 2 and 3, 4 starts the module over, and 1 plus 3 digits sends to the 1XXX extension numbers.

I honestly could not agree more with this statement. I don't know how many times I have jumped into a Voicemail Pro, that I did not configure, and the lines are such a mess you have no idea what goes where. The first thing I do is move everything around so you can see the lines and where they connect. TouchToneTommy's screenshots are how a well programmed Voicemail Pro module should look like.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
