Call flow question.

We have all calls go to hunt group 201. One ext receives those calls and the overflows to other groups. We recently upgraded and if the main reception area receives a call and she is on the phone it auto rolls to overflow. Previous to the upgrade it would ring for 15s then roll to overflow. Anyone have any ideas where i change that.
 
Sounds like call waiting is turned off on the group or the users personal extension under telephony tab.
