Users at a remote site are having an issue when trying to dial a specific area code. It is a DSN number so they have to press 8 to dial out first. They are trying to dial 8 311-xxx-xxxx but the dial tone cuts off after only dialing 8 311-xxx-x. This on on Opt 11c.

looks like you have 311 set up as 7 digit dialing maybe

I wont be able to get over there today to access it, but I forgot to add that it is working from our main pbx.

How is the remote site connected back to the PBX?

That's what I was thinking as well. Should be an easy fix.

1. Is this new or has it ever worked at Remote site?
2. Do you have 8 setup as your AC2? Is 8 the AC2 at the main site? You may just need to insert an 8 in the DGT/DMI at the remote site, so it can hit BARS again at the main site.

Can you print you NET data from LD 90 for 311, the RLI/RLB and DMI/DGT from Ld 86?
