call drops on nec sl 1100

I wish I help troubleshoot a malfunctio of my nec equipment.
When I make calls to the numbers the phone Foreign work well.

As I receive a call of External numbers and pass For the call center and are transferred to the internal extension Call drops.

Thank you in advance.
