Hello all,

I have a question. When I build a Supervisor set,(2616 with a OP 81C)the LCD displays "NOT LOGGED IN". Which it should for the ACD nature of it.

The thing is when a call comes in on my regular 2616s, I will show who is calling automatically. On these supervisor sets, you have to hit the display button then the DN key.

In essence, I am trying to see if there is a way to make it so the display pops up automatically, so the "NOT LOGGED IN"" will not be so "static"

Any thoughts? I have included what my template for these phones are below to have tou see what is in my CLS. Thanks!
Matt

Our supervisor sets are programmed similarly to yours, in the CLS though we have CNIA, DNDA, CNDA. Yours are all denied, try changing that and see if anything goes.
