IP trunk calls between 2 MCD's. MiVB version 7.2
When system A users call system B the calling party displays shows called party name and number.
When call made in opposite direction display of called party name is not displayed.
The display on the calling set just says "calling"

Checked COS and compared as sets have different COS's

Did you check all cos ( users and xnet trunks)?
perhaps one has privacy set

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

You have to check the COS of the IP trunks and of the set in the 3300 aposite side where you don't see the info, in the COS there is an área where appears all the related with the display of the phones if ANI and DNIS calling/called party have to be show, and if you put the pointer over the function you recibe a short description of the function before you enable it.

Issue resolved.
Customer re-reported issue that had already been resolved.
The new issue was no name display just number.
Corrected COS setting Name Suppression on outgoing trunk call.
