hello.
I have two number ranges on an option 11. Examples:
362-xxxx to 362-yyyy
384-aaaa to 384-bbbb

Outgoing call display for numbers in the 384 range are going out with the DN however it is using the 362 prefix. Can someone post a print out of how to setup 384 as well how to allow the rollover/phantom DN to publish users DID?
Thanks.

In LD 17, print your CLID info. You probably have an Entry 0 that is being used for all phones. Create a new CLID entry, 1, that is built the same as 0 except replace the 362 with the 384.

The last step is you will need to go and reprogram every phone in the aaaa-bbbb range to use CLID table 1. For example; Key 0 SCR aaaa 1.

You will also need to possibly use D instead of 1 or 0; Key 1 SCR xxxx D, to get the Key 0 CLID to go out.

Hope this helps. Post back if you need exact code instructions, or search on CLID tables in the forum. I know myself and others have posted something like this in the past that may be helpful.

scott nailed it, add the second entry, should just about mirror entry 0..

on a set with key 0 a 362 did, key 1 a 384 did and key 2 a non did

key 0 scr 1234 0 (displays 362 1234)
key 1 scr 2345 1 (displays 384 2345)
key 2 scr 3456 d (displays 362 1234) default for that set

Our calls all go out with the corporate number displayed in clid. Must be entry 0; I haven't looked yet, but will in the morning.

I have keys iwth an H in their description:

key 2 scr 3456 H

What does the H mean, and what's the difference between scr and mcr?
