I programmed msg-retr button on phone. When i try to call missed number with call-disp button, it dials 9 and number. I need to change to 0 and number. Where can i change that?

This will most probably be your ars access code , but be careful as if it is set to 9 there will be a good reason for it and just changing to 0 will obviously impact all users, can you post a list trace of the extension when making the call?

I did trace. Telekom provider was sending 9xxxxxxxx number instead of xxxxxxxx, so when call-disp button was pressed it dialed 09xxxxxxxx.
