Call disconnect problem

Hi,

I am using 4620 IP phones on a 8300

When a remote caller hangs up, I get dial tone returned on my handset.

How do I make it so I dont get dial tone but the line to hang up.when the caller hangs up first. The only time this works how I want is when I use the speaker.

Any advice would be much apprecaited as this is driving me crazy
