Call direct to executive without passing through secretary(s) - Hipath 4000 v4

Hi,

Is there a way of certain extension, transfer a call directly to Executive/Boss without passing through the secretary.

No.

But try adding a code in WABE for FWDIGNOR
Try the FWDIGNOR keys then dial the Executive extension to see if it works.

Other than that the secretary should press the 'all to exec' button

lets assume that the Executive extension is xxxx and "certain extension" yyyy

ADD-WABE:CD=yyyy,DAR=FWDIGNOR;

Is there a way to specify the FWR Ignore just to that Executive(xxxx) number?

No.
FWDIGNOR is a feature. Example

ADD-WABE:**99,,,FWDIGNOR,N;

Pickup handset of phone zzzz
Dial **99xxxx and it would over ride any forwardings, it may not work for CHESE.

The whole concept of Manager/Secretary functions is that the Secretary will take calls or send them all to the Manager if required.
If that situation does not suit then the CHESE group should be removed and alternatives looked at

but that did not worked. i received a call, tried to transfer(**99xxxx) to the Executive but goes to the Secretary extension.

Well that is the Manager/Secretary CHESE thing.
If it is a problem all the time it might be a better idea to give them a hunt group/pickup group/parallel ring group
