i connect to the centeral by a computer from my office through a modem, so.
In option 1C, how can I print the call details for extension (xxxx)?
Like:
Date Time Number Dialed Duration
what i need exactly?

After you have it programmed, then connect a computer to one of the outputs ( I think you have an 11c and it should have a cable with 3 ports on it, use whichever is spare). in Procom, you will use Direct connect and it should work from there, you will have to turn the capture on in procomm, and depending on your traffic and what you are doing with it start and stop the capture periodically. I had one site we did this every morning as part of morning routines, then renemaed each capture file to that days date. Then if anything ever came up ie who called 555-555-1212 last thursday, it was a simple search on that days capture file.
