We have an extension number (1234), we want to make a bill for this number.
In option 1C, how can I print the call details for this number? Like:
Date Time Number Dialed Duration

CDR Call Detail Recording is what you are looking for as acewarlock said. We turn the features on in the PBX, and you will also need to have a software package to run reports.

both post are correct, those two seldom miss the bulleye... your opt will provide raw data for any station out of the box.. cdr data, a tty with usr tty and you get one line for each call.. a cdr package bundles that into reports for a single station, dept or weekly reports depending on the option... we use tab's but it's about 10 years behind in features...

thank you all
how can i use CDR Call Detail Recording & turn the features on in the PBX?
and...
is there any ( LD ) to know the details and then i arrang in another program or i need a certain program?

You turn on CDR in LD 15 in the CDB, gatekeeper CDR_DATA and then on each route (LD 16. You need to configure a port or configure data buffering to collect the records.

Lastly, you will need a program of some sort to collect the data and be able to generate the reports. OTM is the Nortel product.

Thank you lretrievers
But I think it's so difficult to me without the steps because I'm recent engineer in this field and I need more information and principles to inter this world.
Appreciated your help

John - I have another thread out there (CDR for dummies)-- can this be used for my question? I just need to print raw data out to a printer for one line - is this possible?
