hi all, i used to know this, but am swamped at the moment. does anyone know why most phones in one of our sites show call detail but a specific few do not?
my co-worker checked routes, all are set to Yes for CDR.
haven't checked CDR_Data nor the set itself.
again, i'm working on a problem right now and can't even get away from the phone. can someone give me a little input as to if it's a CLS prompt or other?
