I have a group of people that the manager wants to have the calls in their department roll to each memeber before going to vmail. I have the coverage paths built they should work but they are not. Point 1, 2, & 3 are all extensions in the group with the last coverage path being voicemail hunt group. When you call the extension it rings three times at the extension then goes to the last extension in the coverage path then goes to voicemail. I can not see anything that would make it skip coverage point one and two. I did a list trace and it just jumped to the next to last coverage point then to voicemail. The coverage path is set normally. The two extensions do not have send calls or call fwd activated. Everything is programmed as usual. Any thoughts?

Are the stations set with a COR that can't be called by the line that the coverage path is assigned to?

Could you post your coverage path so we can have a look at it?

Carpe dialem! (Seize the line!)

Ok....here is my coverage path. The Cor's are the same for each station as well as the COS. This is in my sister company switch and I am comparing everything in my switch to it. Because I tested and I don't have this problem in my switch.

Is x4224 point 2 and x4090 points 3 setup as a bridge-appearance off another station in the system?

No.......But I just figured out what was causing the problem. The phones were call forwarded and that was why they were getting skipped. I can't get used to the call forwarding being on the second page of the status station screen. All seems to be working correctly now. Thanks for your input.
