If I have 3 users that are coverage appearanced to 1 user. So ext 100,200,300 are all on extension 400. When someone dials 100, it rings on 400 after 1 second, all is well. What happens if 100 is on the phone and recieves a 2nd call on their second call appr? Does it go to cover as well? I have 100,200,300 on Forward no answer to an operator.
