I've just checked the bill from our phonecompany against our bill and i see a huge difference. Now i believe that ringmaster is not using the correct charging amounts (cost per minute), is there a way to correct this? I found some access tables on the ringmaster system that might have these settings but they are password protected by our supplier (i think) so i can't open them (yet). Any help is appreciated.
