I have a customer with a BCM400 3.7. It has been working ok but every now and then they keep complaining that calls are getting stuck in the skillset. They have 50 agents all logged in and waiting to take calls and they can be sitting there for 20minutes until the calls start being distributed, this is an intermittent problem.
Can anyone advise on this for me.
