If you really want to use the call center, then I always push the true product. My customers that want more than hunt groups typically won't be happy with basic call center.
If you press feature 9*1 on a 7310 or t7316 it will display the call center codes you just press next and it will scrole thru all the active call center codes and you will see the SS code this will display agentd loged in and how many calls are in the que.
