We are running Call Center View 5.0.16 for real time reporting. In setting up a new user for such, my server has become "undiscoverable". Meaning, when launching CCV, creating a new profile, and then trying to search for the server, none is ever found. What has worked for years is to just put the name of the server in, it always finds it, and then you are able to connect. Now, it never shows.
Profiles that were previously established are able to connect and seem remembered. I have restarted the server, made sure all appropriate services are running, tried turning off Windows server firewall, and none of that helped. Any suggestions are appreciated
