Call Center View Licenses.

In Delta server I can see that I have 1 CCV license but there are 0 licenses available.
How can I find where the licenses are used for because I can't find where the program running.
I restarted the delta sever but this changed nothing.

Hope you can help me

In delta server, the Session Info tab will show you client connections eg: people that are using CCV or other CCC Applications.
Is this a new installation ?, as it ever worked?, What version ?, did you install or did an Engineer do it ?.
Some more information would be grand.
