Call Center Solution

We are replacing Avotus Call Center. Does anyone know of another product other than Contact Center (Symposium)? We have an Option 81C Release 25.40, with Meridian Link, Meridian Mail Release 13.

haven't seen one discussed here that anyone would recogmend. max is eol and mermail is almost there if not. but then so is your switch rls.. symposium works but it is pricey.. symposium lite is out there, it's cheaper depending on your call center needs.. you can run a small call center without max or symposium.. almost no reports and call flow is fifo only but it works and your current rls will handle it..
