Call Center screw up!!! Call Pilot 150 with MICS phone system

Assigned CDN as an extension with a phone and lost the call center distribuition. If I disconnect the phone - calls do not route through the call center. How can I get the calls routed back to the agents when they are logged in?
 
Well, I'd start by disabling the group, and rebuilding it with another dn. Then get rid of the bad stuff when you're done.

New customer, no documentation and unaware of the set up
 
What is the CDN now - try a dn change and see if it puts it back.
 
hi cook,
tried that, call center just ignored it.
It is fixed now, just assigned a new cdn for the call center and initialized the mailbox. Works like a champ.
