Hi all,

I need to set up a call center with 5 agents, 1 supervisor and reporting.
I have existing CM 5.2.1 duplex servers.

Please advice me to get the required licenses and other components.

Depends on what details you want to go into because you could use BCMS or Call Centre Elite.

Both Agent / Split Skill based just with totally different capabilities.

Speak to your BP and get someone to do you an ASD with your requirements is your best bet so your not wasting money
