Is it possible to run the Call Center Reporting function from a server? If so,does this solution pose any potential problems? Is there a reason that we need the Web PC physically near the BCM?
This server would be located in our corporate data center.

The best type of machine to run it on in my experience is a fully patched stand alone win 2K machine.(client not server)

Thanks! Our corporate direction is to place and many applications as possible on our servers in our data center. The server will be operating on Win 2000. Is there a technical reason that you know of that will keep this setup from working?

RCC is not compatible with any iteration of winserver (that I know of). Just follow Marshall's specs and put the PC in your data centre. You must be running IIS on this machine, so technically it qualifies as a server.

We run it on Server 2000 with no problems.
