Call Center reporting, problems with printing reports

Hi, i have a call pilot 150 with call center reporting activated. My problem is that when i try to print my reports i have this error :
Microsoft VBScript error '800a401',
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e37'
Can't open file:rptcalldataconnection.MYD(errno:145)
Some tech told me it might be the active x control disabled. I need comments on this! Thanks

Do you have crystal reports 'reader' installed on the PC

yes , it is installed. We could print those reports before...
