Call Center Reporting on Call pilot 150

I have a customer with a Call pilot 150 3.0 that is running RCC and can print reports to a local printer but can't schedule reports.

They are also having problems printing to a network.

I have 3 customers with Call Centers and RCC and they are running fine. I have not run into this printing problem, but with some 10 years of computer experience, I would look at the computer that has the RCC on it. Can you even print anything to a network printer with the RCC computer? Have our IT person look at the RCC computer for networking issues. Hope this helps.

You may want to check out the troublshooting section of the documentation for rcc setup & operations guide. Is there a user logged into the RCC web server? If not, that's an issue.

The problem is scheduling rcc print jobs they can print reports O.K. if they do them right away if they try to schedule them for a day in advance the reports never print.

Did you have an IT person check the computer that has the RCC on it?
