Hello,
I am having an issue where when I goto reporting>realtime>realtime detail I get this lovely Java coffee pot just grinding away.
The only way I can get past this is to restart the call center reporting service and then all is fine for a few hours until I have to restart the service again.
Anyone have a clue how to get by this issue?
