Call Center Reporting, java error

Hello,
I am having an issue where when I goto reporting>realtime>realtime detail I get this lovely Java coffee pot just grinding away.
The only way I can get past this is to restart the call center reporting service and then all is fine for a few hours until I have to restart the service again.
Anyone have a clue how to get by this issue?

Which release Java runtime do you have? I've found issues with the latest release 6.0. Take it back to 5.0 update 12 if this is the case.

We are running Java 2 Std Ed Runtime version 1.4.0.03 on the server and 1.5.0 on the workstations.

Run java 1.4.2 on the server and latest version on the workstations. That should work. Search all my posts, because I have 3 ECC's working great.

Where could one find 1.4.2 will out all the attachments online?

Ran for a while, the gave me the 1.4.2 little coffee cup and had to restart the service again.

What version of RCC do you have?
