I am installing a BCM400 with Call Center Basic. It will have a DTI TI(Lines 1 to 24). I have 2 departments working off the BCM, 1 is the Call Center and the other is Administration. Each will have seperate numbers coming down the T1. Admin will have 7020 and CC will have 6900. In Call Center I have to set which lines it will answer. If I set it at 1 to 24, how will I get 7020 to go to the Admin set. If I set up a Target Line, will it take presadent over the Call Center setting or is there another way to do it? Any help would be muchly appreciated.
