Call Center Question on Line Answering 1

I am installing a BCM400 with Call Center Basic. It will have a DTI TI(Lines 1 to 24). I have 2 departments working off the BCM, 1 is the Call Center and the other is Administration. Each will have seperate numbers coming down the T1. Admin will have 7020 and CC will have 6900. In Call Center I have to set which lines it will answer. If I set it at 1 to 24, how will I get 7020 to go to the Admin set. If I set up a Target Line, will it take presadent over the Call Center setting or is there another way to do it? Any help would be muchly appreciated.
 
assuming you are getting calls as DIDs on the T1 - target lines is the only way for the system to answer calls (based on received digits)
 
With Call Center Basic, I do not have the ability to route by DID, only by line number??
 
The DID's term on the Call Center DN using target lines and are routed from there.
 
There not Lines 1 to 24, those are channels 1-24.
Depending which BUS you put the T1 on it would be

BUS 7 Lines 61-84
BUS 6 Lines 91-114
BUS 5 Lines 121-144
BUS 4 Lines 151-174
BUS 3 Lines 181-204
BUS 2 Lines 211-234
 
I am using lines 121 to 144 for the T1. If any DID comes in on any of these lines, would it be answered by "Call Center" and the Skillset because you have to set it up in "Auto-Attendant". If I set a specific DID up as a target line, will it be answered by the "Call Center" or the set where the Target DN appears. Sorry if I appear dense, but I'm just trying to understand.

You assign a CC Dn
you assign target lines to DN's on phone's for DID and target lines to the CC DN.
 
Can you please tell me how I set up a CC DN?
 
do not make lines 121-144 answered in the auto att

Build your skillsets in CC
then
set 2 Target lines up
Make
Line 300 receive 7020
Line 301 receive 6900
in auto attendant make Line 300 -answer Auto Att
Make
Line 301 answer CC then select the skillset 1 or 2 etc
if your getting a ring no answer make sure distribute is set in the skillset. you could make it 00:05 seconds for testing.

It's only dialtone-VZ
 
Set up 2 target lines, 1 for each application. 1 gets answered by CC and 1 gets answered via AA.
