Hi can somebody help in below

1- What is the basic difference between Avaya CC Elite, Avaya Oceana and AACC? in what environment one choose the right option between these three?

2- Can somebody help to understand what are Avaya Data connectors and why they are used.

3- What is Avaya AST.

I dont need a details answer, just a brief answer.

CC Elite is the 'old school', voice only, gold standard call center package. Oceana is a new way to distribute calls, and is omni channel, built on Breeze. AACC is the new name for the old Nortel Symposium.
You will find that Avaya are now also pushing their new CCaaS solution.
