We have a Call Pilot 150 rls 3.1 connected to a MICS rls 7.1. We have Call Center Pro and Call Center Reports in the software. Everything is working except we are not getting reports. When we go to the reports page it gives the menu for reports but the numbers are all zeros. We can go back to two weeks ago and the reports are there. It has been running since August of 2007 and all the calls before two weeks ago can be looked at in reports. Any info would be appreciated.
