Call Center Pro not reporting

We have a Call Pilot 150 rls 3.1 connected to a MICS rls 7.1. We have Call Center Pro and Call Center Reports in the software. Everything is working except we are not getting reports. When we go to the reports page it gives the menu for reports but the numbers are all zeros. We can go back to two weeks ago and the reports are there. It has been running since August of 2007 and all the calls before two weeks ago can be looked at in reports. Any info would be appreciated.
 
Do the real time screens work? If not check the connection to the call pilot, Admin in CCRS, Call Center Connection, if yes then check the CCRS config (Start,Programs,Nortel Networks,CCRS,
 
This is assuming (I know) you have already checked physical network connections, should have been step one.
 
Thanks for the support. It was the PC, the java updates made it incompatible with the Call Pilot Reporting Software. Once I outed the updated java and put back the old java it worked immediately.

I recommend to all users to take the automatic upadates out of your computers before running this software.
